OpenSS7 today announces prerelease 2, patch 16 of the OpenSS7 Linux Native SCTP implementation.

(Plano, Texas -- May 9, 2003)   OpenSS7 announces Prerelease2-16 of the Linux Native SCTP implementation. This release incorporates the latest changes to PR-SCTP. This release replaces Prerelease2-15.
